Tammy A. Weber, originally from Hammond, Louisiana, moved to Texas in 2016 and has been a self-taught loctician for over four years. Her childhood passion for cutting hair, inspired by her father, led her to rediscover her love for hair after working in healthcare. An accidental start with her boys’ locs sparked an obsession, prompting extensive research on locs. After deciding not to return to healthcare post-pandemic, she found peace in maintaining others’ locs, leading to the creation of The Loc Nursery. Tammy aims to serve clients with beautiful hair, compassion, and love.
